From May to August we had the pleasure of cooperating with the J.Darboven company, for which we prepared and implemented a competition for all active life enthusiasts. Our actions focused on conceptual work, implementation of the competition website and on the preparation and implementation of an advertising campaign promoting the competition.
Sports challenge of your life - this was the motto of the 1st
Edition of the IDEE Kaffee Challenge competition. It was organized
by J.Darboven Poland Spółka z o.o., the manufacturer of IDEE
Kaffee, coffee for active people who take care of their health. The
whole action was targeted at active athletes.
The competition was divided into two parts. During the first
part, the internauts sent in their entries, which presented their
ideas for the sports challenge of their lives. Such an entry
allowed for presenting oneself, one's motivation and previously
gained experience. It was possible to add photos and videos to
increase the attractiveness of one's candidacy.
Nadsyłanie zgłoszeń trwało dwa miesiące, od 15 maja do 15
lipca. Entries could be sent in over a two month period from 15 May
to 15
July. During this time, the competition Organizers received a lot
of interesting entries, from which the Jury chose 10 finalists.
Their diversity and interesting character prove the effectiveness
and the broad reach of the advertising campaign, which was
conducted together with the Organizer. Our actions were focused on
Internet actions and resulted in a very large number of visits to
the competition website and the mechanisms, which were used in the
advertisement, were the main sources of traffic at the website.
The second stage of the competition lasted from 27 July to
17
August. During this time, the internauts were able to vote for
their favourites. Additionally, each voter had an opportunity for
winning an additional prize in the form of coupons for a sports
shop and IDEE Kaffee sets. Both the voting and the additional
competition enjoyed a great interest on the part of internauts who
cast approx. 25,000 votes!
The competition ended on 18 August, when the results were
announced. A cyclist planning to do a tour of Europe during 31 days
won the competition. We are keeping our fingers crossed and wish
good luck to him!
