Client satisfaction report

On 11 September 2011, a client satisfaction report was published in "Media & Marketing Polska", which presents an assessment of satisfaction with cooperation with a given agency in 2010. Our agency's actions were assessed in a positive manner. We are very happy about it as we strive to increase the client satisfaction on a continuous basis and to improve our on-line marketing services.

The client satisfaction report prepared by "Media & Marketing Polska" presents the effectiveness of actions by leaders of the interactive sector in Poland. The study assessed general qualities:
customer service, creation and production, strategy, research and analyses and detailed qualities such as: understanding of the brief, compliance with ethical principles, understanding the idea of integrated communication, cooperation in solving marketing problems and project effectiveness. We are particularly satisfied and pleased with the fact that we found ourselves in the top three Polish agencies in the category: "the agency's services are worth the money which we paid for them". What is more, the effectiveness of our projects as translated into business results received a very good assessment. It is a proof that we are worth working with. We would like to thank our Clients for such positive perception of our work.
