Within the cooperation with the Bon Prix brand - one of the greatest mail-order companies - we have prepared post-sale application for the brand's fans on Facebook.

Within the cooperation with the Bon Prix brand - one of the greatest mail-order companies - we have prepared post-sale application for the brand's fans on Facebook.

From 1 to 12 February 2012, a discount code could be obtained on the Bon Prix profile on Facebook, giving a 10% discount for shopping at the Bon Prix on-line shop. The coupon could be used by entering a unique code in a special field at the on-line shop in the order basket.

Our task consisted of creating an application granting unique discount codes to fans of the brand. People, who are not Bon Prix fans, were asked to click the 'Like' button in the dedicated application window. Only then were they able to obtain a discount for their shopping. The Bon Prix profile contains a promotional tab, which directed internauts to the application.

This action allowed for comprehensive implementation of main objectives, which included increasing the involvement and maintaining relations with existing customers and also increasing sales and increasing the sales and winning new fans.

The campaign attracted a lot of interest among the brand's enthusiasts, which directly translated into increasing the sales.
